falling asleep driving

�Last night, I�was taking the night off from drinking. Which didnapos;t work. And ended up having a very strange, long night.
It went something like this:

Around 8, My friend Max came over to our place and I�finally convinced myself to move, and go to some party with Max ad Liam. We end up gathering a pretty big group of our friends on the way including Max Cohn, Chris, Paul, JJ, and Jack Foley. We ended up at Kate and Andreaapos;s for the party, an 80apos;s theme that none of us followed.

This is where it got weird. As soon as I�sit down and crack a drink open, this girl iapos;ve never seen before comes up to me and starts asking me if i know any of these people, and starts spouting off names. I�recognized a few so i said yes. Now i donapos;t know how drunk this girl was, but she told me everything except her motherapos;s maiden name. Open book. Then she gives me her necklace, which i still have on.

Most of us left shortly after to go to a warehouse party at Rubalad. Max Cohnapos;s friend was doing sound, so at least some of us were in for free.
Now usually Rubalad cards pretty seriously. Itapos;s crowded, dank, sweaty, and loud. Thereapos;s tons of paper mache things on walls, strange lights, tin foil, and other shit on the walls. You feel like youapos;re in a fun house.

We all get in with no problem, and wade our way to the roof. I�pitstopped at the bar, of course. We hang out on the frigid roof and lost half the people we came with. Then we found them. Then 2 strange guys started talking to me and i kept asking to wear their hats. They wouldnapos;t let me.�
After a lot of wading around people and waiting in the giant bathroom line, we all smoked together on a stairwell.�

Next thing i know itapos;s 3AM. Liam and I�are on the street, over a mile from home, and walking. We joked and talked the whole way, making it seem shorter. It wasnapos;t so bad.�


Now iapos;m up to shower and work in the computer lab. I�have a ton of school work to catch up on, and iapos;m not really looking forward to it.
